(Welfare Coworking) is committed to making its website usable by everyone, including disabled people, and to improving it continuously.<\/p>\n  <p>This statement applies to the welfarecoworking.com website in Spanish, English and Catalan.<\/p>\n  <p>Session packs are bought through our online shop, hosted on the Virtuagym platform. The shop is part of our service and is covered in the 'Content not evaluated' section.<\/p>\n  <h2>Legal framework and reference standard<\/h2>\n  <p>We take as our reference Law 11\/2023 of 8 May, Title I of which transposes Directive (EU) 2019\/882 (the European Accessibility Act) into Spanish law, and the EN 301 549 V3.2.1 standard (UNE-EN 301549:2022), which, for web content, incorporates the level A and AA criteria of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1.<\/p>\n  <p>Our aim is to align with WCAG 2.2 level AA and with EN 301 549 V4.1.1.<\/p>\n  <h2>Current status<\/h2>\n  <p>On 8 October 2026 we carried out an automated review of the HTML and CSS code of a sample of 10 pages: 8 in Spanish, plus the home page in English and in Catalan.<\/p>\n  <p>We also checked the code of every public page in the sitemap for videos, maps and carousels.<\/p>\n  <p>The page scripts were not run, colour contrast was not checked, and no manual testing was done with a keyboard or with screen readers.<\/p>\n  <p>We have not yet carried out a full assessment of conformance with the EN 301 549 standard. The review found the problems listed below, so the website does not yet meet all the requirements of the standard. There may be other problems that were not detected.<\/p>\n  <h2>Known limitations<\/h2>\n  <p>The WCAG criteria affected are shown in brackets.<\/p>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Some links and icons, such as the social media links and the menu button, have no name that screen readers can announce (WCAG 2.4.4 and 4.1.2).<\/li>\n    <li>The service, team and blog cards contain empty links that are hidden from screen readers but still receive keyboard focus (WCAG 4.1.2).<\/li>\n    <li>The skip links to the content and to the footer lead to an empty, invisible link that receives keyboard focus and, if activated, takes you back to the top of the page (WCAG 2.4.4 and 4.1.2).<\/li>\n    <li>The partner logos and the flags in the language selector have text alternatives that are not descriptive enough, such as file names or language codes, which also become the names of their links (WCAG 1.1.1 and 2.4.4).<\/li>\n    <li>The contact form fields are identified only by text inside the field itself, which disappears when you type; they do not show which ones are required and do not identify their purpose for autocomplete (WCAG 1.3.1, 3.3.2 and 1.3.5).<\/li>\n    <li>Some text has its language declared incorrectly; for example, in the Spanish and Catalan versions the forms are marked as English (WCAG 3.1.2).<\/li>\n    <li>The images from our Instagram account shown on the site use the text of each post as their text alternative. This text does not always describe the image, and it appears in Spanish, with no language indicated, in the English and Catalan versions too (WCAG 1.1.1 and 3.1.2).<\/li>\n    <li>Some decorative or contact text, such as the home page slogan and the phone number in the footer, is marked up as headings, and the heading hierarchy is not always logical; for example, the blog has no main heading (WCAG 1.3.1).<\/li>\n    <li>The maps on the contact page do not have a title describing their content (WCAG 4.1.2).<\/li>\n    <li>Several carousels are set to advance on their own, and the 'About us' and 'Franchise' pages have a decorative background video that plays automatically on a loop; none of them has a pause button (WCAG 2.2.2).<\/li>\n    <li>On desktop computers, a newsletter window opens by itself after 25 seconds; its close button has no accessible name, although the window can be closed with the Escape key (WCAG 4.1.2).<\/li>\n    <li>The window suggesting a change of language, which only appears if your browser's language differs from the page's, shows the list of languages using elements that may not be selectable with the keyboard (WCAG 2.1.1).<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n  <h2>Content not evaluated<\/h2>\n  <p>Our online shop for session packs, on the Virtuagym platform, is part of our service but has not yet been evaluated.<\/p>\n  <h2>Accessible alternatives<\/h2>\n  <p>Until we have addressed these limitations, if you have difficulty accessing information, buying a session pack or booking a session, you can ask us for help by phone or WhatsApp on +34 699 686 839, by email at info@welfarecoworking.com or in person at our centres at Carrer de Muntaner, 298, Carrer de Santal\u00f3, 15 and Carrer de Girona, 177, in Barcelona.<\/p>\n  <p>If you need information about physical access to any of our centres, please ask us before your visit.<\/p>\n  <h2>How to report a problem<\/h2>\n  <p>If you come across an accessibility barrier, email us at info@welfarecoworking.com, call us on +34 699 686 839 or use the form on our contact page, welfarecoworking.com\/en\/contacto, which still has some of the limitations described above.<\/p>\n  <p>Tell us which page is affected and what the problem is, and we will get back to you.<\/p>\n  <h2>Preparation and review<\/h2>\n  <p>This statement was prepared on 8 October 2026 based on the review described in the 'Current status' section.<\/p>\n  <p>We will review it periodically and whenever we make significant changes to the website or the online shop.<\/p>\n<\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Declaraci\u00f3n de accesibilidad Compromiso y alcance Welfare Meridianam S.L.
