Injury rehab and training in Barcelona
Can you imagine getting back to training pain-free, with well-controlled progression and load, and always in coordination with physiotherapy? At Welfare, that is our standard as a team: a coworking space of health professionals who guide you towards your best self. This option is part of our personal training in Barcelona and always starts with a free initial assessment.
Why do your injury rehab with us?
Here you will find professionals who genuinely bring out your best. We analyse your starting point, set clear goals in blocks and make decisions based on data.
Real coordination with physiotherapy
We share our space with physios and other health professionals. When needed, we coordinate to review your plan as a team.
Certified 1:1 trainers
You will have one point of contact who guides the whole process so you progress safely.
Well-controlled progression and load
We fine-tune volume, intensity and frequency so you progress pain-free and without stalling.
A professional, friendly environment
We are a health coworking space: here clinical and sports care live side by side. Everything happens in the same place, and you notice the difference.
Who is this training for?
We work with active people who want to return to training safely after an injury. Whatever your background, whether it is running, football, CrossFit, padel or strength training, we adapt the movements and the load to your reality.
Some of the most common injuries we work with…
We focus mainly on restoring mobility and control; we want you to run, brake and change direction again with confidence.
We combine strength (glutes, core, hip hinge) with postural education. We adjust volume and frequency so you progress without fear and stop feeling pain.
When rehabilitating athletes, we do not stop at eccentric work. We bring in accelerations and changes of pace in a controlled way, so you progress without rushing, but also without holding back unnecessarily.
The goal here is to train pain-free and move your shoulder safely. Your trainer will guide you to regain scapular control and work on rotational strength.
Your safe return: how do we work?
1) Initial assessment and functional tests
We listen to your story (injury, sport, schedule) and carry out a functional assessment to set a starting point. Together we define your goals and an approximate timeframe.
2) Load plan and pain management
We organise the work in phases: a movement base, specific strength and transfer to your sport. We manage the load every week so your tissues adapt and you get back to training pain-free.
3) Weekly follow-up and adjustments
We review how you feel and how you respond to training. If something drifts off course, we adjust the plan on the spot and choose the safest option; we would rather do it well than do it fast.
