High-performance training in Barcelona
If you compete or train seriously, you need more than hard work: you need to train with a method. Here we measure, programme and adjust your plan so that you perform better when it matters most.
You will work with certified trainers in a sports coworking space and an environment that pushes you to improve every week.
Why train with us?
Here you will find professionals who genuinely bring out your best. We analyse your starting point, set clear goals in blocks and make decisions based on data.
A team coordinated with specialists
We share our space with physiotherapists, osteopaths and other professionals who will support you through the process.
Certified 1:1 trainers
You work with one point of contact who guides you, listens to you and adapts the progression sensibly.
Well-controlled progression and load
We fine-tune volume, intensity and frequency so you progress safely.
Personal attention and follow-up
We review how you feel every week and adjust whatever is needed. We would rather do it well than do it fast.
Who is this training for?
We work with people who spend many hours sitting, athletes carrying stiffness or niggles, and also those who have just been through physical changes (such as after giving birth) and want to reconnect safely with their posture.
Our goal is twofold: for it to hurt less and for you to move better in everything you do each day.
If you spend long days at a computer, we will work to get rid of stiffness and achieve an efficient posture you can hold without tension.
With athletes, we correct patterns that overload the neck and back and build a strong base that can handle your training.
We prioritise aligning the spine and reducing pressure on the pelvic floor for a better recovery, with exercises that fit your routine.
How do we work on your posture?
1) Initial assessment and postural tests
In the first session we listen to your story (pain, schedule, activities) and carry out an initial assessment. With that we define your starting point and what “improving” means for you.
2) Deep strengthening, mobility and breathing
The plan is built on deep strengthening (core, glutes, shoulder blades), mobility in the areas that need it and breathing patterns that take the load off your neck/back. We progress from simple, controlled exercises to more complex patterns, step by step.
3) Habits and ergonomics: your daily life
Your posture is not changed in 60 minutes alone; it is consolidated through daily habits: screen/chair position, active breaks, 3–5 minute micro-routines, breathing… At Welfare we guide you with simple guidelines that fit your schedule.
4) Supervision and criteria for progressing
We measure your progress through clear signs: less stiffness or discomfort, more ergonomic postures, better technique in key exercises and recovery the next day. When you reach those milestones, we move up a step to keep improving.
